GCL Collaborates with CDB on Financial Planning
On August 25, 2014, GCL and China Development Bank signed a cooperation agreement in Suzhou.
According to the cooperation agreement, China Development Bank will provide financial support for GCL's domestic and foreign projects over the next 5 years to fulfill GCL's future financing needs. Of which, the company's clean energy (oil and natural gas, environmental power) and new energy (photovoltaic materials and power) businesses have been highlighted as key supporting business areas.
China Development Bank will arrange investments and financing for projects that both parties have identified to be of potential and provide priority to comprehensive financing services for GCL.
In addition, both parties will also develop a cooperation mechanism for planning and information sharing.
